This course contains six videos with accompanying worksheets to establish mindsets and tools for cultivating personal and professional abundance.

What’s included:

  • What is work? To make the most of your experiences, opportunities, and skills in the workplace and beyond, the right perspective is key. In this video, we explore a paradigm of work that works for your highest good.

  • If you don’t love work, you’re not alone. Most people struggle to maintain an appreciation for work—for valid reasons. In this video, we reflect on the value of work and explore how it has and can continue to serve your best interest.

  • What does success mean to you? When you reflect on your work experience so far, what have you learned? What has been challenging? Where do you want to go now? In this video, we’ll take inventory of the skills and experiences you’ve acquired so far and investigate how you might use them to continue to propel yourself forward.

  • When you think ahead about work, how far into the future are you looking? One month? A year? 10 years? In this video we’ll help you consider your long-term goals and begin strategizing how you’ll get there from where you are now.

  • “Do what you love and you’ll never work a day in your life.” Have you heard this phrase before? Work is much more fulfilling when you’re doing something you love. In this video we’ll take a look at your strengths and strategize ways to use them to move you closer to the career of your dreams.

  • Can you imagine what your life would look like if you were in the career of your dreams? Often what’s most difficult about work is defining what we want out of it. In this video we’ll explore the details of your dreams, plan for healthy work-life rhythms, and ensure your work life is working for YOU.
